Arrow’s $45M Digital Hub Opens, Reshaping China’s Auto Aftermarket

On October 25, 2025, Arrow Auto Parts unveiled its new headquarters complex in China, representing a significant strategic move in the country’s rapidly evolving automotive aftermarket sector. The RMB 330 million (approximately $45 million) facility spans 45,740 square meters and integrates corporate offices, smart manufacturing capabilities, and comprehensive employee facilities into a fully digital-ready campus.

The newly operational center features a strategically designed layout: a 13-story headquarters tower housing executive decision-making centers and digital operations, a 10-story smart factory building capable of supporting automated production lines, and a 15-story residential building providing modern living spaces for employees. This integrated approach enables seamless coordination between management, production, and workforce.

Arrow has established its market position as an “easy-wear parts platform service provider” through its innovative S2B2b business model. This digital ecosystem connects suppliers directly with its network of over 1,300 franchise stores across China’s 31 provinces, serving more than 100,000 repair shops nationwide. The company maintains an extensive product catalog of 15,000 SKUs across 11 major categories, with in-house brands accounting for over 80% of offerings.

The new headquarters will accelerate Arrow’s digital transformation initiatives, particularly in supply chain optimization and franchisee support systems. Company leadership emphasizes that this investment strengthens their commitment to building a more transparent and efficient automotive aftermarket ecosystem. Arrow’s strategic vision focuses on enhancing digital capabilities across its operations while expanding its service network to better serve China’s growing vehicle ownership market.

Looking forward, Arrow aims to leverage its new facilities to drive innovation in auto parts distribution and digital service platforms, ultimately working toward its core mission of making vehicle maintenance more accessible and worry-free for Chinese consumers.
